Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Human Resource Manager to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in statutory compliance, payroll management, HR operations, and administration. Candidates with experience in manufacturing or factory environments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Bonus, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, HR files, and HRMS data.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate with labour authorities, consultants, and government agencies for compliance-related matters.
- Oversee day-to-day administration, including office facilities, housekeeping, security, travel, and vendor management.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain statutory records.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and ensure compliance across departments.
- Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, payroll processing, and HR operations.
- Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.Preferred Candidate
- Experience handling multiple HR functions independently.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
