Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, and Technicians for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, daily work progress, and project status reports.
- Coordinate material requirements, purchase requests, dispatch, and delivery to project sites.
- Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding project activities.
- Maintain project documentation including BOQ, work orders, site reports, and completion records.
- Track project timelines and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Assist in planning manpower deployment for multiple project sites.
- Support project billing, documentation, and handover activities.
- Resolve day-to-day coordination issues between site teams and office staff.
Required Skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of ELV systems will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Instrumentation, ITI, or any relevant field).
- 1–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Service Coordinator, or Site Coordinator.
- Candidates from ELV, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Networking, Electrical, MEP, or Building Automation industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
