Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Scrub Nurse with experience in orthopaedics to join our Ortho-One. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in orthopaedic surgeries and ensuring a sterile and safe environment in the operating theatre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the surgical team during orthopaedic surgeries, ensuring a sterile environment.
- Prepare operating rooms by ensuring that all surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are ready.
- Monitor and maintain sterile fields during surgeries, following all safety and infection control protocols.
- Work alongside the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient procedure.
- Provide post-operative care and assist in the transfer of patients post-surgery.
- Ensure proper documentation of procedures, patient details, and any adverse events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Qualification: DGNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrub Nurse, with exposure to orthopaedic surgeries.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and instruments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification: Registered Nurse with valid nursing council registration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
