- Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical activities.
- Maintain employee, vendor, and office records systematically.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and emails
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and pantry inventory.
- Assist in vendor coordination, invoice collection, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain attendance, visitor records, and meeting room schedules.
- Support onboarding activities and document collection for new employees.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other office documents as required.
- Handle telephone calls and direct inquiries to the concerned departments.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of office records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
