Job Summary
The Associate – F&B will be responsible for overseeing food operations for multiple guest house properties across India. The role requires strong coordination, inventory management, vendor handling, and data tracking using Microsoft Excel to ensure consistency, cost control, and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end food operations for guest houses across Pan India
- Plan and standardize menus across all properties
- Handle procurement of groceries, kitchen supplies, and consumables
- Coordinate with local vendors for timely supply and cost optimization
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards at all locations
- Track inventory, consumption, and expenses using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare reports on food cost, usage, and vendor performance
- Ensure availability of materials at all properties without shortages
- Work closely with housekeeping and operations teams for smooth functioning
- Resolve any food-related issues or complaints across locations
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple locations and tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of food operations and hygiene standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or guest house management
- Experience in handling multi-location operations is an advantage
- Willingness to travel when required

Working Conditions
- Based in Bilaspur with coordination across Pan India properties

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
