Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Aptitude Trainer to prepare students for campus placements, competitive examinations, and recruitment assessments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and analytical thinking, along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation.
- Design and deliver structured training modules aligned with placement and competitive exam requirements.
- Prepare study materials, presentations, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Assess students' performance through regular quizzes, assignments, and mock assessments.
- Provide personalized guidance and mentoring to help students improve their aptitude skills.
- Track student progress and maintain performance reports.
- Identify learning gaps and develop strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest aptitude test patterns and recruitment trends.
- Collaborate with the Placement Team and academic departments to ensure effective training delivery.
- Motivate students and help them build confidence for placement drives and competitive examinations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, or Faculty (Freshers with exceptional aptitude knowledge may also apply).
- Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and online teaching platforms.

- Placement success rate of trained students.

- Timely completion of training schedules and assessments.
