About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Framer & Figma expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing and developing modern, responsive websites, with the ability to convert Figma designs into high-quality Framer builds.
This role requires someone who understands both design and development, and can execute clean, conversion-focused web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert Figma designs into fully functional Framer websites
- Build responsive, high-performance websites in Framer
- Create and maintain design systems in Figma
- Collaborate with internal team members and clients
- Optimize layouts for performance, UX, and accessibility
- Handle website updates and refinements
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in web design and development
- Strong expertise in Framer
- Strong expertise in Figma
- Proven ability to convert Figma designs to Framer accurately
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with Shopify
- Good understanding of responsive design principles
- Knowledge of CMS setup and dynamic content
- Strong attention to detail and layout consistency
Nice to Have
- Experience with animations and micro-interactions
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
- Understanding of performance optimization
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing:
- Framer projects
- Figma design work
- Figma-to-Framer conversions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
