About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, confident and highly organised Customer Relationship Executive & Brand Coordinator to manage our makeup client relationships and on-ground marketing activities.
This is not a salon reception role.
The position primarily focuses on managing freelance makeup enquiries, counselling prospective makeup clients, coordinating with Makeup Artists (MUAs), maintaining accurate booking and financial records, and executing the brand's marketing campaigns on the ground.
The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and relationship builder who is organised with records, creative in approach and capable of independently coordinating multiple activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Freelance Makeup Client Counselling & Lead Management
2. Makeup Booking Records & Bookkeeping- Strong record keeping and attention to detail are essential for this position.
3. Makeup Artist Relationship & Coordination
4. Brand & Marketing Campaign Coordination- Take ownership of the on-ground execution of marketing campaigns planned by the management and marketing team.
5. Social Media & Creative Coordination- The candidate is not expected to independently manage the brand's social media accounts, but should have a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
Candidate Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent communication, persuasion and client counselling skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients, Makeup Artists, influencers and external partners.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Strong record-keeping and basic bookkeeping abilities.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining digital records.
- Good understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.
- Creative and innovative approach towards campaigns and promotions.
- Ability to independently coordinate multiple people, vendors and activities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership from start to finish.
- Experience in makeup, beauty, weddings, events, hospitality, luxury retail, CRM or marketing coordination would be preferred.

The Person We're Looking For:
We want someone who is confident with clients, extremely organised and proactive.
Someone who can take a freelance makeup enquiry, counsel the client, coordinate with the right Makeup Artist, follow up until a decision is made, maintain the complete booking and payment record, and ensure the assignment is properly coordinated.
At the same time, the person should have a creative and marketing-oriented mindset — capable of taking a campaign idea and ensuring that it is actually executed properly on the ground.
The role therefore sits at the intersection of Customer Relationships + Freelance Makeup + Brand + Marketing Execution.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
