Job Summary
We are looking for an Sales Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, prepare and track quotations, coordinate with the Sales and Engineering Teams, and support customer follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and track quotations based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Communicate with customers regarding quotations, product details, and follow-ups.
- Support the Sales Team in customer interaction, enquiry follow-up, and order conversion.
- Maintain and update quotation and customer details in Excel sheets.
- Follow up on pending quotations and customer enquiries.
- Assist in handling basic technical queries and coordinate with the Engineering Team for clarification.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
- Training will be provided for quotation preparation and product knowledge.
Required Skills
- Diploma in Engineering/Related field or Any Bachelors in engineering/ science / commerce degree.
- Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in Industrial Products will be preferred.
- Freshers also can apply.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Must have good knowledge of email communication.
- Good customer interaction, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial products and engineering concepts.
- Interested in Sales, Customer Interaction, and Technical Support.
- Candidates from Coimbatore are preferred.
Salary: ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
Salary negotiable based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
