About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer (ASO) to drive TMT Retail Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the dealer network, increasing market share, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales of TMT bars in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify sales opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in TMT, cement, paint, construction materials, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of retail and channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Immediate joiners only.
