Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, well-presented, and career-oriented Admission Counselor cum Manager to lead student admissions, parent counseling, relationship management, and front-office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a customer-first approach while ensuring a seamless admission experience for students and parents.
Educational Qualification
- Post Graduate in any discipline or MBA (Preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English, Hindi, and Punjabi will be an added advantage.
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, Email, Excel, WhatsApp Business).
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, education, sales, customer relationship management, or front-office management.
- Fresh postgraduates with exceptional communication and leadership skills may also apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdmission Counseling
- Counsel students and parents regarding JEE & NEET courses.
- Understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through ethical and effective counseling.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with parents and students.
- Follow up on all inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and personal meetings.
Admission Management
- Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate admission records and documentation.
- Coordinate fee collection and admission formalities.
- Ensure proper onboarding of newly admitted students.
Parent Relationship Management
- Build long-term trust with parents.
- Address admission-related queries professionally.
- Provide timely information regarding courses, schedules, scholarships, and institute policies.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with faculty members, academic coordinators, and administration.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Assist management in daily operational activities.
- Support academic events, seminars, and orientation programs.
Marketing & Outreach
- Handle walk-in inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct telecalling and follow-up activities.
- Participate in school visits, seminars, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Maintain relationships with schools, tuition centers, and referral partners.
- Assist in achieving monthly admission targets.
Office Administration
- Supervise front-office operations.
- Maintain student databases and CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming reception environment.
