CFAL is looking for people who can **teach Chemistry with clarity, rigor, and depth**.
We are not mainly looking at age, degrees, titles, or the number of years on a résumé. A young teacher with unusual ability, a mid-career faculty member with strong teaching depth, or a retired teacher who still loves the subject and can truly teach — all are welcome.

At the **Foundation level**, CFAL is building **four academic pathways**, one of which is **Life Sciences**. This includes exposure to deeper scientific thinking, structured lab work, and **Chemistry Olympiad-oriented training for high school students**.
We are also developing more meaningful lab-based science learning through initiatives such as **Nuffield-style labs**, where science is not reduced to memorisation, but taught through observation, investigation, and disciplined reasoning.
This role is for someone who does not want to merely complete portions, but wants to help build a real culture of Chemistry — from school students beginning to love the subject, to advanced learners aiming high.

Responsibilities
* Teach concept-driven Chemistry classes for JEE / NEET / advanced school students
* Prepare lesson plans, problem sets, assessments, and review material
* Track student progress and support academic improvement
* Contribute to Olympiad-oriented and enrichment work where relevant
* Support the development of strong lab culture and science pathways
* Help build a classroom and institutional culture of curiosity, discipline, and excellence
Should be able to reliably commute or relocate before joining.
Education and Experience
Formal qualifications matter less than **real subject command, teaching clarity, and the ability to help students grow**
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
