Definition: Head QA / QMS
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to achieve quality targets for customers and business goals with ‘First Time Right’ concept.
- Provide clear leadership for the development of an environment focused on Quality / Environment / Safety.
- Develop quality-process links with customers in line with the Quality Management system (including: IATF16949, ISO 14001 (EMS) / OHSMS 45001 / Maruti requirements & any other CSR).
- Able to handle independently Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (VDA FMEA), MSA & SPC.
- Liaison and owning the for-Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) processes
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers to maximize profit potential and ensure efficiency. Manage the audit (Customer / External / Internal / Layer) programme as well as supplier development, improvement and play a key role in ensuring project deliveries.
- Work proactively with all Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Employees to maintain a programme of role clarity, process ownership, always focusing on continual improvement & cost reduction.
- Good skill over Problem Solving Methodology
- Excellent Communication / Presentation / Team development skills
