Job Title: E-Commerce Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-Commerce Sales Manager to drive online sales across major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, driving revenue growth, optimizing product performance, and executing strategies to maximize online sales. Experience in handling FMCG product categories will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, etc.
- Drive revenue growth by planning and executing marketplace sales strategies.
- Monitor product listings, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute online campaigns, sponsored ads, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Track key business metrics including GMV, sales, conversion rate, ROAS, inventory turnover, and profitability.
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.
- Ensure account health, compliance, and timely resolution of operational issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in E-Commerce Sales or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience managing sales across leading e-commerce platforms.
- Experience working with FMCG product categories is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of online merchandising, pricing strategies, inventory planning, and promotions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing multiple online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and performance marketing.
- Exposure to D2C business and omnichannel sales is an added advantage.
