About the Role
As an Operations Support Engineer specializing in Adobe Experience Management, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting AEM content management systems hosted on Microsoft Azure, along with those hosted via Adobe Managed Services and Adobe Cloud Services. You will utilize Azure DevOps for application deployments, Ansible Tower for infrastructure management, and Datadog for monitoring. Your expertise in CDNs, particularly Akamai, will help optimize content delivery and performance. Additionally, you will apply your skills in Linux administration and DevOps practices to ensure the stability and security of our environments.
What You'll Do

AEM Support and Maintenance:

Provide technical support and maintenance for AEM environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM applications and infrastructure.

Azure Environment Management:

Manage and support AEM deployments within Microsoft Azure, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.

Collaborate with cloud architects to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency.

Deployment and Automation:

Utilize Azure DevOps pipelines for application deployments and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning.

Infrastructure Management:

Use Ansible Tower to manage and automate infrastructure configurations and updates.

Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and best practices are adhered to.

Monitoring and Optimization:

Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Datadog to ensure system reliability and performance.

Analyze monitoring data to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.

Content Delivery Networks (CDNs):

Manage and optimize content delivery using Akamai and other CDN solutions.

Implement caching strategies and performance enhancements to ensure fast and reliable content delivery.

Linux Administration:

Perform Linux server administration, ensuring systems are secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally.

Troubleshoot and resolve Linux-related issues, maintaining system integrity and security.

Experience with Ansible Tower for infrastructure automation and management.

Familiarity with monitoring tools, particularly Datadog.

Expertise in content delivery networks, specifically Akamai.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
