Job Description - QSR Team Member (Outlet Staff)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food as per company SOPs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and outlet.
- Handle walk-in customers professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist with billing, order taking, and QSR sales.
- Support kitchen operations, food preparation, and inventory handling.
- Maintain proper communication with customers and team members.
- Follow all food safety and operational guidelines.
- Perform opening, closing, and daily outlet maintenance tasks.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
Eligibility
- Minimum 10th/12th pass (preferred).
- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or QSR is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Working Schedule
- Rotational shifts based on business requirements.
- Weekly rotational off.
- Transfer to another outlet may be required based on operational needs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
