Job Summary:
The Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating operational activities, monitoring workflow, maintaining process documentation, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and supporting continuous process improvement. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities across departments.
- Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, reports, and records.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
- Maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and SOPs.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, or internal stakeholders as required.
- Support process audits and documentation requirements.
- Perform other administrative and coordination duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, process coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent organizational skills may also be considered.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
