We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead admissions, build strategic partnerships, and increase occupancy through ethical and consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive admissions and occupancy by managing the complete resident enrollment process.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, community outreach, and local marketing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare professionals, diagnostic centres, senior citizen associations, clubs, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct professional counselling sessions and guided property tours for prospective residents and their families.
- Address enquiries related to accommodation, facilities, pricing, and care services with confidence and empathy.
- Plan and execute promotional events, wellness camps, seminars, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective families.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and share regular reports with management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Admissions, Hospitality, Healthcare, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, or Senior Living.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer-focused and consultative selling approach.
- Comfortable conducting field visits, networking, and organizing promotional activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in or around Sonarpur or South Kolkata will be preferred.
