We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI & ML Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for students, professionals, and corporate clients. The role focuses on delivering industry-relevant, practical AI/ML training programs aligned with current market demands, including real-world use cases, AI tools, and emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Machine Learning (ML)
- Data Science fundamentals
- Conduct hands-on workshops, bootcamps, and internship training programs
- Design and continuously improve curriculum, training materials, and case studies
- Guide students in real-time projects and portfolio building
- Integrate latest AI trends (Generative AI, AI tools, automation, AI in business)
- Evaluate learners through assignments, assessments, and practical tasks
- Provide career mentorship and placement-oriented guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams for:
- Program development
- Marketing support (webinars, demo sessions)
Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in:
- Machine Learning (Regression, Classification, Clustering)
- Deep Learning (CNN, RNN basics)
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Proficiency in:
- Python
- Libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Experience with:
- Data handling & visualization
- Model development basics
- Knowledge of:
- Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) – highly preferred
- Basic understanding of:
- Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) – added advantage
Trainer & Soft Skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in a simple, practical way
- Strong classroom and online session handling skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Ability to engage students from non-technical backgrounds
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in:
- Computer Science / AI / Data Science / IT or related field
Preferred Profile
Prior experience 2 or 3 + years
- Training institutes / EdTech / Corporate training
- Experience working on real-time AI/ML projects
Ability to handle:
- Workshops, seminars, and demo sessions
- Certifications in AI/ML (optional but preferred)
