About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor who can lead on-site electrical execution, manage teams, ensure quality workmanship, and complete projects safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation work.
- Lead a team of electricians and helpers (8–12 members).
- Execute work according to approved electrical drawings.
- Supervise wiring, cable laying, DB installation, lighting, earthing, conduit work, and testing.
- Monitor project timelines and daily work progress.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with photo documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, architects, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Identify material requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing before project handover.
- Resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications
- ITI Electrician (Mandatory)
- 4–7 years of field experience
- Commercial, retail, or office fit-out experience preferred
- Knowledge of electrical drawings and standards
Preferred
- Willingness to travel across Pune, Mumbai, Jhansi, Gwalior, and nearby project locations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driving license is an advantage
Pay: ₹11,113.60 - ₹35,757.35 per month
