Role: Assistant Manager / Executive – Marketing & CRM
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow OEM customers in the electrical and switchgear industry
Manage RFQs, quotations, and commercial negotiations
Coordinate with internal teams on technical feasibility and product costing
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while driving repeat business
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Achieve sales and business growth targets
We're Looking For
- Experience in the metal switchgear industry or with sheet metal component suppliers serving OEMs
- Strong knowledge of product costing and sheet metal manufacturing
- Understanding of the project development cycle
- Exposure to digital marketing is an added advantage
- Excellent customer focus, communication, and teamwork skills
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
