We are looking for a passionate, disciplined, and committed individual who can inspire students through the values of leadership, service, teamwork, and patriotism while effectively coordinating the school's NCC activities and ceremonial events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct NCC training and related activities.
- Mentor and motivate NCC cadets to participate in camps, parades, competitions, and community service initiatives.
- Coordinate the School Band and ceremonial programmes.
- Liaise with NCC authorities and ensure compliance with NCC guidelines and procedures.
- Foster discipline, leadership, teamwork, and a spirit of service among students.
- Maintain records and coordinate all NCC-related documentation and communication.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- NCC certification with relevant training and/or experience.
- Mandatory: NCC 'C' Certificate or relevant experience as an Associate NCC Officer (ANO).
- Preferred: B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., or a degree in Physical Education/Health and Physical Education.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
