Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly not shorlistedskilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee both the production assembly processes and site operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Civil and electronics engineering, team leadership, and project/site management, ensuring smooth production workflows and efficient client-site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Assembly Management:
· Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely and high-quality output.
· Oversee the procurement and efficient use of production materials and equipment.
· Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance, and operational standards.
· Resolve any production issues, optimize costs, and track performance.
Site Operations & Management:
· Manage site execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
· Coordinate site teams, manage resources, and handle client interactions.
· Maintain safety standards and liaise with government authorities as needed.
· Ensure that project timelines and budgets are adhered to on-site.
Leadership & Administration:
· Lead and supervise a team of 20+ employees.
· Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and ensure efficient workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in production management and site operations.
· Strong background in Civil / Electrical Engineering.
· Proven leadership skills and experience managing large teams.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
