Job Description:
We are looking for a Colour Matching Executive with experience in paints, coatings, printing inks, or wood coatings. The candidate will be responsible for developing and matching colors as per customer requirements while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform color matching for paints, coatings, and related products.
- Develop new shades and adjust existing formulations.
- Conduct shade approvals and maintain color consistency.
- Test raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
- Maintain records of formulations and color standards.
- Troubleshoot color-related issues during production.

Paint Technician or Color Matcher
Lab Technician in Paints/Coatings
Printing Ink Color Matching Operator
Furniture Polish or Wood Coating Technician
Quality Control Executive in Paints/Coatings
Qualification:
B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Relevant Technical Qualification
1–5 years of experience in color matching, paints, coatings, inks, or related industries.
Skills Required:
Color matching and shade development
Knowledge of paints, pigments, and coatings
Quality control and testing
Attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
