Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Campus Manager to lead the overall operations and business performance of our campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing campus operations, ensuring academic excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and achieving financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campus operations, including admissions, academics, student services, and administration.
- Own campus P&L and drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
- Develop and execute annual business plans and operational strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage academic and administrative teams.
- Ensure compliance with academic, operational, and regulatory standards.
- Drive student enrollment, engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, institutions, and industry stakeholders.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase campus visibility.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience managing educational institutions, training centers, or campus operations.
- Proven experience in P&L management and operational leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the EdTech, higher education, or skill development sector is preferred.

- Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month
