We are looking for Front Desk Executive.
Qualification- Graduation
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with the hospital's vision, mission, and business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, patient engagement, and service awareness.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all communication channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and on-site branding.
- Coordinate with clinical departments and management to promote healthcare services, specialties, health packages, and awareness initiatives.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Oversee the hospital's digital presence, including social media platforms, website content, and online reputation management.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Organize and support health camps, community outreach programs, medical seminars, patient education initiatives, and corporate engagement activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and patient feedback studies to identify branding and marketing opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in planning and managing the annual branding and marketing budget while ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Support internal branding initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and reinforce the hospital's culture and values.
- Ensure that all marketing and branding activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience through effective communication and brand-driven initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management) is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications, preferably in the healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or wellness sector.
- Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is preferred.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, medical professionals, and external agencies.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations, patient privacy, and ethical communication practices is desirable.
- Willingness to travel locally for outreach programs, health camps, and promotional events as required.
