Job Summary:-
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Face-to-Face Fundraiser Team Leader to lead and manage our field fundraising team. The role involves supervising fundraisers, driving donor acquisition, training team members, monitoring field performance, and ensuring ethical fundraising practices across campaign locations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in face-to-face fundraising, field sales, direct sales, or donor acquisition, who can motivate a team and deliver results while representing a social cause with passion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead and manage a team of face-to-face fundraisers in the field
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly donor acquisition targets
- Support the team in enrolling monthly donors / recurring donors / one-time donors
- Conduct team briefings, training, and performance coaching
- Assign field locations, monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity
- Ensure fundraisers communicate the NGO’s mission and impact clearly to potential donors
- Handle donor objections and support fundraisers in improving conversion
- Ensure ethical fundraising practices and proper donor data collection
- Maintain daily field reports, donor sign-up reports, and team performance records
- Coordinate campaign execution, materials, and field operations
- Motivate the team and build a positive, mission-driven work culture
Candidate Profile:-
We are looking for candidates who have:
- 2–5 years of experience in face-to-face fundraising, field sales, direct sales, retail fundraising, or donor acquisition
- Prior experience in team handling / team leader / supervisor role
- Strong communication and public engagement skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train field staff
- A target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Good understanding of donor engagement / customer interaction / field campaigning
- Willingness to work in the field and travel across campaign locations
- Passion for social impact and non-profit work
Preferred Skills:-
- Team management and people handling
- Fundraising / sales pitch / persuasion skills
- Objection handling and donor communication
- Reporting and basic field operations management
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English preferred
- Experience in NGOs / direct sales / fundraising campaigns will be an advantage
