Job Summary
Devine Meditech is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive with strong recruitment skills. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, along with supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition – 70%
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/management rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Coordinate salary discussions and offer roll-out.
- Manage the complete joining and onboarding process.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Track recruitment status, interview feedback, selection, and joining data.
- Work towards achieving recruitment targets and reducing hiring turnaround time.
HR Operations – 30%
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist with joining formalities, induction, and employee engagement activities.
- Support payroll-related attendance and employee inputs.
- Handle routine employee queries and HR coordination.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare basic HR MIS and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment will be preferred.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹11,017.64 - ₹33,109.81 per month
