Job Title: Hotel Receptionist Night
Overview: As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests.
Responsibilities:
Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests upon arrival, process their check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide necessary information about the hotel's facilities, services, and policies.
Reservation Management: Manage room reservations, handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software.
Customer Assistance: Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues to the best of your ability.
Payment Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing processes accurately, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Phone and Email Correspondence: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist guests with inquiries, reservations, or any other information they require.
Additional Services: Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and assist guests with arranging services like transportation, tours, or restaurant reservations.
Front Desk Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, manage inventory of supplies, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
Coordination: Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Safety and Security: Follow security protocols, monitor the premises, and take appropriate action in case of emergencies or security concerns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hotel receptionist, front desk agent, or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Previously worked with IDS or Dataman software.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory

Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
