We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Manager to build strong corporate relationships and ensure successful placement opportunities for students/candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employer engagement, campus recruitment, placement coordination, and achieving placement targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.
- Identify and secure placement opportunities for students/candidates across various industries.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement events.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, group discussions, and hiring processes.
- Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
- Collaborate with the training team to improve candidates' employability skills.
- Track placement statistics and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual placement targets.
- Gather employer feedback and work towards improving placement quality.
- Maintain an updated database of employers, job openings, and placed candidates.
- Ensure smooth communication between employers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
