Job Title: Solar Project Engineer
Role:
The Solar Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing solar projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and smooth site operations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute solar project activities at site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
- Ensure project execution as per drawings, BOQ, and safety standards.
- Maintain project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / EEE / ECE.
- 1–4 years of experience in solar project execution.
- Knowledge of solar systems, site execution, and electrical works.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview).
- Allowance provided: Food + Accommodation + Travel allowance.
(Freshers with strong interest can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical works.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).
Compensation & Terms:
- For Freshers: ₹15,000/month + allowance.
- Freshers are required to submit original educational certificates at the time of joining.
