You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through chat, email outreach, and digital communication channels. The ideal candidate should be able to build meaningful conversations, understand customer requirements, and create new business opportunities through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through chat, email campaigns, and online platforms.
- Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and introduce suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through consistent follow-ups.
- Generate and qualify leads based on customer interest and business requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach campaigns and improve lead generation strategies.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the engagement process.

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹370,000.00 per month
