Role Purpose:
The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across all floors of the facility. This role bridges clinical, laboratory, administrative, and training functions, ensuring patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Operations
- Supervise daily functioning across laboratory, OPDs, treatment areas, office, and training floor.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
2. Staff Supervision
- Assign duties to support staff (nursing aides, housekeeping, reception, security).
- Conduct daily briefings and resolve workflow issues.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
3. Patient & Visitor Management
- Oversee patient flow in OPDs and treatment areas.
- Ensure cancer patients and functional medicine patients receive priority care.
- Handle visitor queries and maintain a supportive environment.
4. Laboratory & Clinical Support
- Ensure restricted access and biosafety compliance in molecular laboratory.
- Coordinate with lab director for external communications.
- Support logistics for sample collection, storage, and transfer.
5. Administrative Duties
- Supervise office staff handling records, billing, and scheduling.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient visits, lab reports, and training sessions.
- Make the list for daily consumables and stationaries for the procurement as per the SOP
- Prepare daily operational reports for senior management.
6. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce fire safety, emergency evacuation, and infection control protocols.
- Conduct periodic audits of safety equipment and emergency preparedness.
- Ensure compliance with medical council regulations and building safety norms.
7. Communication & Reporting
- Act as the single point of contact for inter-departmental coordination.
- Report daily operational status to senior management.
- Escalate critical issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field.
- One to 5 years of experience in hospital/clinical operations or facility management.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, biosafety, and patient care protocols.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
