Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business for convention halls through corporate clients, event planners, wedding organizers, institutions, and individual customers.
- Promote convention hall facilities, banquet services, catering packages, and event solutions.
- Conduct venue presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event packages and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and event contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Negotiate pricing within approved guidelines and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, event planners, travel agents, and corporate organizations.
- Coordinate with operations, banquet, catering, housekeeping, and technical teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Follow up with inquiries, leads, and prospective customers to maximize booking conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, networking events, and business development activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after every event to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and service standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
