Second Innings Leadership is seeking accomplished and experienced professionals to join as Executive Advisor - People Management.
To clarify upfront, this is not an insurance policy selling role. The opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who can acquire, build, guide, and manage high-performing teams while creating long-term value and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction to support organizational growth
- Drive scaling-up initiatives through effective leadership, talent acquisition, and people management.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
- Support organizational transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
2) Talent Acquisition & People Management:
- Acquire talent, build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
- Coach and guide team members to achieve professional goals.
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
- Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
3) Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize your network to promote business development.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and credibility.
Compensation:
- Competitive compensation package: INR 55 - 60 Lakhs per annum (fixed + variable).

Candidate Profile:
1) Educational Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution (Graduates with professional/technical degree will also be considered).
- Professional certifications in Leadership, People Management, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
2) Experience:
- 30+ years.
- Proven track record of acquiring and leading large teams and delivering measurable results.
