Job Title: Mobile Repairing & Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Repairing & Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain smartphones and other mobile devices. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile devices.
- Repair and replace damaged components such as displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and microphones.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot mobile operating systems and applications.
- Perform data backup, restoration, and software flashing when required.
- Test repaired devices to ensure proper functionality and quality standards.
- Maintain repair records and prepare service reports.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and follow safety procedures.
- Inform customers about repair status, estimated costs, and preventive care.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mobile repairing is preferred.
- Proven experience in mobile phone repair and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS devices.
- Ability to use repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Chip-level repair knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with soldering and micro-soldering.
- Ability to manage multiple repair tasks efficiently.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- May require standing for extended periods and handling delicate electronic components.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
