Job Summary
UK International London Beauty School (UKIBS) is looking for a passionate and experienced Skin Trainer to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in skincare, facial therapies, and advanced aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge, strong training skills, and a passion for mentoring aspiring beauty professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on skincare and advanced skin treatments.
- Train students on skin anatomy, skin analysis, facial techniques, product knowledge, and treatment protocols.
- Demonstrate advanced skin treatments such as chemical peels, HydraFacial, microneedling, BB Glow, and other aesthetic procedures (as applicable).
- Provide hands-on practical demonstrations while maintaining industry standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and student assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and professional standards are maintained in the practical lab.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Support students in skill development, certifications, and placement preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Aesthetics.
- CIDESCO certification preferred.
- SPMU (Semi-Permanent Makeup) certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Skin Trainer or Senior Skin Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, facial therapies, and beauty equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Experience in a beauty academy or training institute is preferred.
