Role Overview
As an Associate Dentist at SmileFit, you will be an integral part of our clinical team — delivering exceptional patient care, building lasting trust with patients, and contributing to the SmileFit experience. You will work alongside experienced dentists in a well-equipped, supportive clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, root canal treatments, extractions, and scaling
- Deliver paediatric dental care with patience and a fear-free approach
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and build trusted relationships through clear communication
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records in our clinic management system
- Follow and uphold SmileFit's clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and infection control guidelines
- Coordinate with the front desk for appointment scheduling, patient recalls, and follow-ups
- Participate in dental camps and community outreach activities as required
- Stay updated with developments in dentistry and contribute to team learning
Qualifications & Requirements
- BDS degree from a recognised dental college (MDS preferred for higher range)
- Valid Dental Council of India (DCI) / Karnataka State Dental Council registration
- 0–5 years of clinical experience (freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome)
- Proficiency in routine and emergency dental procedures
- Languages: English and Kannada (mandatory); Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi (preferred)
- Calm, empathetic approach — especially with anxious and paediatric patients
- Willingness to work full-time including weekends (rotational off-day policy applies)
