Job Description: Commercial Coordinator
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Billing Operations
- Invoice & Billing Generation: Prepare, verify, and issue commercial invoices, packing lists, and delivery challenges for dispatched goods.
- Order Management: Process incoming customer purchase orders (POs), verify pricing against contracts, and perform data entry into our ERP/accounting system.
- Customer Liaison: Assist the sales team by providing order status updates, handling basic customer accounts inquiries, and routing issues to account managers.
Purchase & Procurement Support
- Purchase Entries: Accurately record vendor invoices, bills of lading, and material receipt notes into the system to keep inventory values up to date.
Data Management & Compliance
- Record Keeping: Maintain neat, easily auditable digital and physical archives of all commercial files, contracts, quotes, and financial records.
- Vendor Coordination: Track open purchase orders with suppliers, follow up on delivery timelines for raw materials, and flag potential delays to production teams. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of continuous experience in a commercial, billing, or sales/purchase support role strictly within a manufacturing industry.
