About the Role
Kickstart your career with a global logistics organization. We are hiring enthusiastic graduates for the role of Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Operations Support to support US-based brokerage and transportation operations from our Mysuru Shared Services Center.
This role offers excellent exposure to logistics operations, customer support, shipment tracking, billing processes, and global business communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Query Handling
- Respond to customer and internal queries via email, chat, and calls
- Ensure timely responses within defined SLA timelines
Order Management
- Create, update, and close orders in internal systems/TMS
- Maintain accuracy in operational data and updates
Shipment Tracking & Operations Support
- Monitor active shipments and provide status updates
- Escalate shipment delays or operational exceptions
Billing & Documentation
- Verify shipment details against invoices
- Support billing verification and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ticketing systems
Team Collaboration & Compliance
- Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and compliance processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Logistics, or related field
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 years of experience can apply
Mandatory Skills
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working rotational shifts including night shifts and weekends
Technical Skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Comfortable using web-based applications and systems
- Willingness to learn TMS, CRM, and operational tools
Preferred Skills
- Internship/project experience in logistics or customer support
- Familiarity with freight or transportation terminology
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM preferred
