Role Overview:
NVAG Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant – Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in travel sales (1–5 years), possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, and be well-versed in using Amadeus GDS for international bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries from customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
· Offer flight, hotel, and package recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
· Use Amadeus GDS for fare search, reservation, re-issuance, cancellations, and ticketing.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
· Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction.
· Keep up-to-date with travel trends, airline policies, and fare rules.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in CRM systems.
· Deliver a seamless and personalized travel booking experience to every customer.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· 1 to 5 years of experience in Travel Sales or a similar role in the travel industry.
· Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
· Excellent communication and sales skills must be confident in handling clients.
· Strong knowledge of international routes, airlines, fare structures, and policies.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in using MS Office, emails, and travel booking tools.
