Position: System Engineer - Server L2
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity utilization.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and file
services.
Perform system patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Microsoft 365 Administration
Administer Microsoft 365 services including:
o Exchange Online
o Microsoft Teams
o SharePoint Online
o OneDrive for Business
o Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
Manage user accounts, licensing, mailbox administration, and security
policies.
Implement and maintain Conditional Access and MFA policies.
IT Operations & Support
Monitor infrastructure using monitoring and alerting tools.
Investigate and resolve system, application, and infrastructure incidents.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Maintain IT operational documentation and SOPs.
Support IT audits and compliance activities.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Manage backup solutions and perform periodic restore testing.
Ensure disaster recovery procedures are documented and tested.
Monitor backup job success and storage utilization.
Security Administration
Implement security best practices across servers and endpoints.
Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation.
Monitor security alerts and coordinate incident response activities.
Support firewall and VPN administration.
Network Administration
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing issues.
Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for connectivity issues.
Experience
4–8 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, or System
Administration.
Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities During On-Call Support
Participate in 24x7 Shifts (9hrs.)
Respond to critical incidents and service outages.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution.

Pay: ₹238,523.91 - ₹802,450.19 per year
