Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the HVAC service department, including preventive maintenance, breakdown service, repairs, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Plan, schedule, and monitor service activities to ensure timely response and efficient resource utilization.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Service Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring prompt resolution of service issues and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage service department budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets.
- Review and approve service reports, quotations, work orders, and invoicing.
- Coordinate with sales, projects, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and technical support.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards during all service activities.
- Support warranty claims, contract negotiations, and renewal of service agreements.
- Analyze service trends, recurring equipment failures, and customer feedback to recommend process improvements.
- Ensure all service documentation, maintenance records, and customer reports are accurate and up to date.
- Stay informed about new HVAC technologies, industry standards, and best practices to improve service delivery.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
