We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our CRM team. In this role, you will design and develop custom components, improve system performance, and integrate third-party platforms. You will work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Skills

Key Skills

4–6 years of Salesforce development experience.
Certifications in Salesforce Platform Developer II, along with a minimum of four additional Salesforce certifications.
Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Solid knowledge of Aura Components and Flow Builder, with exposure to flow-first architecture.
Good understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security architecture.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.
Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, custom metadata, custom settings, and dynamic Apex.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, and Git.
Proficiency in declarative tools such as Validation Rules and Approval Processes.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Build and maintain reusable components using Apex and LWC.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Ensure code quality using tools such as PMD and follow development best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design.
Maintain data security, role hierarchy, and sharing rules.
Contribute to CI/CD, deployment processes, and version control practices.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement relevant enhancements.
