Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain records.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, architects, and business associates.
- Assist in project coordination and business operations.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and official communications.
- Organize meetings, review schedules, and maintain action trackers.
- Support the Director in daily administrative and strategic activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi)
- Strong MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
