Role Overview
This is a high-engagement, relationship-building role focused on identifying and connecting with founders, promoters, CXOs, doctors, and senior professionals across industries.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, WhatsApp engagement, and CRM-based follow-up.
This role combines Inside Sales, Strategic Outreach, and Marketing Coordination to create qualified business opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Identify founders, promoters, CXOs, doctors, and business owners across industries
- Build and maintain prospect databases and outreach lists
- Conduct market and company research to identify opportunities
Strategic Outreach & Engagement
- Engage prospects through LinkedIn messaging and relationship-building
- Execute email marketing and outreach campaigns
- Drive WhatsApp outreach and follow-up communication
- Conduct cold calling / tele-calling to qualify opportunities and initiate conversations
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Update and manage leads using CRM platforms
- Track conversations, meetings, follow-ups, and engagement status
- Ensure timely reporting and data accuracy
Networking & Market Mapping
- Identify relevant industry associations, networking forums, exhibitions, and business events
- Map opportunities for speaking engagements, networking, and visibility
Required Skills
✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✔ Strong Lead Generation & Prospecting experience
✔ Experience in Cold Calling / Tele-calling
✔ Knowledge of Email Marketing & WhatsApp Marketing
✔ CRM management and pipeline tracking
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Confidence interacting with founders, business owners, doctors, CXOs, and senior professionals
✔ Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills
Preferred Experience
- 3–6 years in Inside Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation / Strategic Outreach
- Experience in B2B consulting, training, coaching, healthcare, manufacturing, edtech, or professional services preferred
- Experience dealing with senior decision-makers will be an added advantage
