Job Title: Senior HR Manager
Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- 10–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure industries.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and oversee learning and development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and performance appraisal systems.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and HR analytics for management reporting.
- Partner with department heads to resolve workforce and organizational issues.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations.
- Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and employee counseling.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and HR documentation.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure adherence to company values.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
