Design and develop advanced control algorithms for Vehicle Control Units (VCU) in electric powertrains (ePT) using MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow.
Execute model simulations, validation, and auto-code generation using industry-standard tools.
Peer to Peer review of source codes using embedded C, C ++/python/M-Script.
Perform requirement analysis and maintain traceability using Polarion or DOORS.
Perform MIL, SIL, and HIL testing for developed models.
Calibrate EV control system functions to optimize performance, energy efficiency, and charging behaviour.
Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, software development, validation teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration.
Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and ASPICE standards throughout development and validation cycles.
Analyse and resolve issues from field, validation, HIL, build, and plant environments.
Work with diagnostic protocols and communication buses (CAN, LIN, UDS).
Plan, develop, and execute interoperability and conformance test strategies for charging systems.
Good-to-Have Deliverables
Experience in CCS charging systems, DC/AC charging, OBC, PLC communication.
Skilled in preparing technical documentation and validation reports.
Capable of vehicle-level testing and HIL setup configuration.
Experience
3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in EV/HEV control systems, calibration, charging systems and model-based development.
Proven track record in vehicle-level testing, diagnostics, and embedded software validation.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
Specialization in Control Systems, Embedded Systems, or charging systems preferred.
