Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused International Customer Service Representative to handle global client interactions. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to customers across different regions, ensuring excellent service and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via Call
Assist international customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to handle international customers professionally
Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center is preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts )
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international clients (US )
Multilingual skills
Graduate in any field
Salary & Benefits:
Fresher - 18,000 per month
Experienced - upto 25,000 per month
Joining Bonus - 10,000
Travel allowance
One way - 1,750
two way - 2,750
Work from home option after 6 weeks ( subject to compliance , adherence and performance)
