Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track the complete sales order cycle—from enquiry to delivery and post-sales follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial documentation with accuracy and timely response.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, finance, and purchase for order execution.
- Maintain updated customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and escalations professionally.
- Support the sales team by preparing MIS reports, performance dashboards, and monthly sales summaries.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, meetings, and sales presentations.
- Assist in tender documentation, vendor registrations, and contract renewals.
- Forecast sales requirements and coordinate inventory availability.
- Handle billing coordination and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
- Provide training and guidance to junior coordinators when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Any degree.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Senior sales support role.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations, quotation preparation, and customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational ability.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
